CONVERSATIONS MATTER

There are hundreds of thousands of books on leadership. We get that leaders should have significant influence driving a successful business. But many organisations are still not getting it right. Georgia talks through what it means to be a remarkable leader – of people, ideas and projects.

Evidence shows effective communication is the number one trait in great leadership. When we communicate well we build trust and respect and we get things done. Remarkable communication improves productivity, drives engagement and ultimately creates a highly profitable business.  And it’s easier than we think.

Georgia will inspire people to want to become awesome communicators and understand what they can do to grow their teams, their businesses and themselves.

THE 'BOARD OF DIRECTORS'
THAT LIVE IN OUR HEAD

How we think and feel effects what we say and do. Sounds simple yet it’s so profound. In this funny and entertaining talk, Georgia takes her audience through the different types of thinking patterns that we adopt, often without being aware, calling them the ‘Board of Directors’ that live in our head.

This ‘Board’ determines how we perceive facts and how we react to people and circumstances. Georgia shows how the board can convince us of something that isn’t necessarily true. She helps us understand the traps of these ‘cognitive hazards’ and how they affect the decisions we make and the relationships we build, at work and at home.

Georgia will ask the audience to diagnose their own thinking styles and as a result will become more aware of the impact they have on those around us.
