21 Day Feedback Challenge – What Triggers You Off!?
October 14, 2019 @ 7:00 am - November 3, 2019 @ 7:00 am$21
We talk a lot about how to give feedback. How to prepare well – your content and your intent. And how to manage the situation when things go south. Where others crack it, get defensive or make it about winning. Or on the other hand they go quiet, hardly respond and say yes even when they don’t mean it.
But what about when you go south? What about when you crack it or go quiet? How do you self manage in the moment? How can you avoid making it difficult for others and for yourself?
If you wanna know how to start getting on top of your own reactions, so you can remain calm and become the person that others want to work with – then you need to understand what triggers you off BEFORE you are in those moments.
Harvard tells us that those with a strong relationship to feedback are in the top 10% of people that others want to work with. That’s pretty compelling I reckon. What this means is that you remain open and are committed to keeping others safe in conversations (not falling trap to your own unhelpful reactions) and that things stay calm.
Starting 14th October, for 21 days we will focus, every single day, on something to help you become proud of yourself and the person that others want to work with and play with. In these 21 days we will look at;
– Understanding what is happening for you when you your stress or anxiety levels rise in conversations
– Identifying what triggers you off in those moments
– Develop some strategies to respond better in the moment and in life in general
– And have some laughs and giggles along the way
So if you’re up becoming the person that others want to work with and be with, and learning to respond well in the moment, no matter the content, the person or the situation – you’ll love this challenge.
If you don’t – you’re just a lil’ bit of a narcistic or in denial. Just sayin’.
Sign up here for your 21 day challenge starting 14th October, it’s $21 for 21 days. The profits will go to one of our favourite charities – Headspace. After all, anything that gets our head clearer gets our heart clearer too right?!
