Events to put in your diary

This is a blatant plug to let you know we are running a few free events in the next few months. We run these online events as a way for you to understand what it takes to build workplace cultures where people love being at work. Coz that’s what we do.

They are research packed, stories rich and give you a good chance to experience what it would be like working with us. And there are always cool other people there to meet and learn from. We’ve even had some friendships from them. How cool is that?

If you lead a team, business or people and culture then you’d be crazy to miss out. Here is what they are all about:

Is it time for your workplace to ‘Work as One’?

Many teams and workplaces are finding it increasingly harder to think together, grow together and move from (as Jim Collins would say) good to great. Within the current climate expectations are increasing, doing more with less is our constant and we are communicating less and less on the stuff that matters.

Culture runs in our blood. We spend every day designing and implementing ‘culture’ programs so we have seen the good, the bad and the ugly! We are clear on what drives a thriving one and what gets in the way.

Our program is for elite workplaces who know they are good but don’t want to settle there. They want to lead the way. To create a high performing business – culturally and financially.

Setting the conditions for intact teams or senior leaders to think together, disagree well, set, and manage boundaries, give and receive useful feedback and inspire each other to be better is key. Yet we don’t often get there.

In this session we will discuss what gets in the way of an awesome culture and what we can do about it.

Embedding a feedback culture

We know that if we become better at how we communicate and share feedback that our teams, workplaces, and ourselves become better. That’s a given. Yet how do we make sure that when we train our people that they actually do it?

The challenge becomes learning how to do it and then embedding it into our teams and organisations so it becomes a habit. How do we increase our return on investment from a training day to a significantly different culture?

I’ve done the research on what it takes to build a feedback culture. I’ve even written three best-selling books in this space.

If you have run feedback training before and not got the traction you need then you’ll love this. This online event will help you understand what gets in the way of sustaining a feedback culture and what it takes to build one. At this event you will:

  • Understand why training is not enough to drive lasting change
  • Learn what’s getting in the way when building great feedback cultures
  • Look at the difference between traditional and contemporary culture programs
  • Understand the five components to embedding a feedback culture

Check them out and register here. You are welcome to pass this to someone who might be interested too. The more the merrier.

Hope to see you there 😉

PS – These are live events and are not recorded.
