Harvard Medical School confirmed this and you only have to research the benefits of reading to see experts boasting that it reduces stress, changes poor sleeping patterns and improves brain connectivity.
We have committed to reading for ten minutes a day, every day. This can be fiction or nonfiction. After the ten minutes it’s up to you if you want to continue. We challenge you to try it for a week and see how you feel. I’m currently re-reading books that were foundational to me years ago. I’m in the midst of Susan Scott’s ‘Fierce Conversations’, it’s a ripper!
