My gift to you.

Is music.

We all know that when we hear one of our favourite tunes, or a new one we are drawn to, that we feel better right?! It’s because it releases all the good endorphins and with the right music we can lower blood pressure and cortisol.

Music is powerful.

Think of the feelings elicited from Footloose, Flashdance, Saturday Night Fever and we can’t go past Let it Go by Elsa.

Surgeons play music when operating (I know this because Grey’s Anatomy showed me so). We play it before sports games, we have it in waiting rooms. And let’s face it, many of us in our teens and later would have made a ‘sad songs’ playlist for those broken heart moments. But the elevator music – that is not ok and needs to go.

I get lots of feedback from people about the tunes I play when I’m running workshops and facilitating. So I’ve compiled a list of the ones people comment on, groove to and have even been known to perform some interpretive dance to.

So this summer while you are sipping your Rosé or guzzling a beer you can play these tunes and see if they bring you some happy.

Welcome to Georgia’s Hot Hits of 2021!

Happy holidays when we all get there people and a special mention to our frontline workers. You guys are amazing and we… are…just….so… grateful x
